Japanese cuisine is refined, complex and yet simple. Peruvian cuisine is above all colourful.
The Japanese immigrants in South America brought both cuisines together – thus the NIKKEI cuisine was born. The restaurant combines this cuisine with South American joie de vivre and Japanese hospitality.
Following this philosophy, we created the new corporate design and key identifier for Sakamar. The special, very high-quality shade of green was deliberately taken from Dena Rawle's interior design and developed further. The very high-quality paper with a great feel from Gmund Color – Matt 21, is combined with a warm golden tone and coordinated with the lamps from Gervasoni, designed by Paola Novane. The matching card holders from Ferm Living underline the whole thing again.
